Sanded figures are something very special. In a special, patented manufacturing process, the wooden bodies are first “burned off”, then brushed and finally polished.
In this way, the natural beauty of the material comes to the fore and elegantly accentuates the wood used.
Sanding makes the natural grain of the wood stand out more clearly, no two figures are alike, you always get a unique piece.
Traditionally, this night watchman also carries a halberd and a lantern with him when he makes his rounds at night. As befits a good incense smoker, he also carries his pipe in his mouth.
