The Nutcracker Miners’ Elder wears an elaborate and traditional uniform, which is decorated with symbolic details. Manufactured by the Seiffener Volkskunst company in traditional handcraft. His green, imposing hat is richly decorated with gold patterns and shows the Saxon coat of arms on the front, which is set in a gold frame. A black feather protrudes above it, which gives the appearance additional elegance.
The Nutcracker’s angular face is characterized by striking blue eyes and strong blue eyebrows. His thick, dark blue moustache stands out strongly from his face. The Nutcracker’s typical red lips are open and reveal white teeth. The gray, voluminous beard on his chin reinforces the traditional and dignified expression of the figure.
His uniform consists of a black jacket with striking gold decorations. In particular, the buttons and the cross-shaped details on the front are reminiscent of symbols of mining. His shoulders are accentuated with gold balls, which give the figure a festive touch. The wide red belt that encircles his waist is a central element of the uniform and is decorated with a golden emblem with a hammer and mallet, classic symbols of the miners’ guild.
In his left hand, the Nutcracker holds a golden pickaxe. Particularly noteworthy is the small saber attached to his belt, whose gold details are finely crafted.
The lower part of the figure is kept simple. The white trousers and black boots stand on a sturdy, green base that gives him a firm footing. This artistic piece of handcrafted wooden art from the Ore Mountains embodies the tradition and pride of the miners.

• The pyramids are powered by burning candles! Therefore, make sure to keep a safe distance from curtains, furniture, upholstery and other flammable objects.
• Also remember that the pyramid is not a toy for children. Operation with an open flame may only take place under the constant supervision of adults.

• Drafts can significantly affect the pyramid’s operation and should therefore be avoided at all costs.

• A solid and, above all, horizontal location (floor, table, etc.) is a prerequisite for a pyramid to run smoothly.
• When setting up the pyramid, make sure that the axis of the pyramid is in a vertical position. It must also be correctly positioned in the bearing.

Environmental damage caused by incorrect disposal of batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that proper disposal can be ensured. You can hand in old batteries at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obliged to take back old batteries, although our obligation to take back is limited to old batteries of the type that we have or have had in our range as new batteries. You can therefore either send old batteries of the aforementioned type back to us with sufficient postage or hand them in free of charge directly in our store at the address given in the imprint.

Dispose of electrical devices in an environmentally friendly manner
Electrical devices must not be disposed of with household waste. According to the European directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical devices must be collected separately and sent to special collection and return systems.
