“Stop Police”! is written on the trowel that this incense smoker policeman is holding up. This policeman stands firmly on his pedestal in a classic blue uniform and with a cap on his head. The friendly face with the big eyes and the bulbous nose is adorned by a mustache, light hair peeks out from under his cap.
As befits a real incense smoker, the policeman also has a long pipe in his mouth, which has the KWO logo on it.
