Right of withdrawal
1. Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have legal a right of withdrawal.
You can cancel your sales contract within two weeks without giving reasons in form of text (e.g. Letter,Fax, email) or by returning the goods. This period shall commence with receiving this instruction. To not violate this term it is enough to send the cancelation or the goods in time. The cancelation has to be send to:

Consequences of a withdrawal:
In the case of a valid withdrawal, services received from both sides are to be re-granted and eventually used utilisations (e.g. Interests) have to be returned. If you can return the goods only partly or in declined condition, you shall pay compensation for the los of value if applicable. This does not apply, if the impairment was caused only by the examination – as it was possible to do for example in the retail shop. By the way, you can avoid the obligation of compensation if you treat the goods not as your own and to refrain from doing anything that could reduce the value of the goods. Goods that are ready for delivery are to be sent, otherwise they will be fetched. You shall pay the delivery costs for the return. Obligations of payments have to be done within 30 days after sending the withdrawal.
2. The right for withdrawal is not valid for orders of products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. T-Shirts with your photo and your name) or that have been clearly customised to the personal requirements or if the products are audio or video recordings or software, insofar as the data carriers have been unsealed by yourself (e.g. Software CD-ROM s whose cellophane packaging has been opened.
3. Please avoid damages and contamination. Please send the goods preferably in the original packing with all accessories. If necessary, use protective additional packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging anymore, please use an adequate packaging to avoid transport damages.
4. Please send the goods as an insured package and keep the mailing receipt.
5. Please send an email to [email protected] before sending the goods. This helps us with allocating the products to the relevant order as fast as possible.
6. Please notice that modalities written in the paragraphs 4.3 to 4.5 are not required for the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
