The ball smoker Santa with pyramid is a detailed and lovingly designed figure. He wears a classic red Santa hat with a white border and a white ball on top. His face is round and friendly, with a round nose and black eyes. His hair and beard are made of soft, white synthetic hair, which gives him a fluffy and voluminous appearance. The white moustache is curved and underlines the typical Santa Claus design.
Santa wears a bright red robe, which is decorated on the chest with a white button and a gold belt buckle motif. In his hands the figure holds a long pipe which he is bringing straight to his mouth, as well as a handmade pyramid.
His legs are thick and end in oval, dark brown shoe soles. Santa sits firmly on a green base, which gives him stability. The entire figure is made of wood, with the smooth surfaces and strong colors emphasizing the craftsmanship.
The harmonious combination of the traditional Santa Claus look, the pyramid and the pipe gives the figure a festive and cozy atmosphere that is typical of Erzgebirge incense figures.

The tradition of incense figures:
Incense figures are a traditional craft from the Ore Mountains in Germany that originated in the 19th century. These small, often humorously designed figures are used to burn incense candles. The tradition developed in the harsh winter months, when incense played an important role in cleaning the house of evil spirits and spreading pleasant smells. The smoke also symbolized the connection between the earthly and spiritual realms.
The incense figures often represent typical figures from everyday life, such as craftsmen, foresters, miners or even Santa Claus. Humorous depictions of dwarves, hunters or villagers are also popular. This variety of motifs makes the figures collector’s items. They are made of wood, often hand-painted, and are characterized by their detailed, sometimes quirky design.
The mechanism of the incense figure is simple: Inside there is a chamber in which a small incense candle is placed. The smoke rises through the figure’s open mouth and gives the impression that the figure is “smoking”. The incense candles, usually made from various resins and scents, then spread their typical Christmassy smell, which is often reminiscent of cinnamon, frankincense or fir.
Especially at Christmas time, incense figures are an integral part of traditional Erzgebirge customs. This art is still practiced today at Christmas markets and in craft businesses. It stands for coziness, craftsmanship and the conscious cultivation of traditions.

Environmental damage caused by incorrect disposal of batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that proper disposal can be ensured. You can hand in old batteries at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obliged to take back old batteries, although our obligation to take back is limited to old batteries of the type that we have or have had in our range as new batteries. You can therefore either send old batteries of the aforementioned type back to us with sufficient postage or hand them in free of charge directly in our store at the address given in the imprint.
Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can. This symbol indicates that batteries must not be thrown in household waste. For batteries that contain more than 0.0005 percent mercury (HG) by weight, more than 0.002 percent cadmium (Cd) by weight or more than 0.004 percent lead (Pb) by weight, the chemical name of the pollutant used is located under the garbage can symbol.
Dispose of electrical devices in an environmentally friendly manner
Electrical devices must not be disposed of with household waste. According to the European directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical devices must be collected separately and sent to special collection and return systems. - Remove the upper body
