The 3-piece caroler, lovingly handcrafted in detail by the Leichsenring family workshop, presents itself as an artistic ensemble. Each figure of these carolers is made with the utmost precision and care, with a focus on hand-crafted turning and hand painting.
The figures, consisting of three carolers’ children, are dressed in black robes with white collars. On their heads they wear black bobble hats, under which chin-length brown hair peeks out. The faces of the carol children radiate friendliness, their blue eyes and pink cheeks give them a particularly charming expression.
Two of the carolers’ children hold a red hymn book and a lantern in their hands, the third holds up a large star staff. These accessories, like the figures themselves, are made from local wood, which gives the carolers an authentic and natural touch. The careful hand painting emphasizes the fine details and underlines the high quality of these handmade carolers.
