The striking facade shines in yellow-orange and harmonizes with the brown half-timbered elements that emphasize the traditional appearance. The two side towers rise up and stand out with their pointed, blue roofs, which are covered with snow like the rest of the building. Golden balls sparkle at the tips of these roofs and give the scene a festive accent. The middle roof also impresses with its curved shape, on which the snow collects picturesquely.
The inscription “Town Hall” stands enthroned above the main entrance, designed in elegant and old-fashioned letters. Directly below, a large, round clock shows the time and reinforces the authentic effect. The facade is adorned with numerous windows that emit a warm, yellowish light when the lighting is activated. The balcony, which is decorated with a winter wreath, in particular, contributes significantly to the festive atmosphere.
The stairs lead up to the entrance, and a finely crafted railing lines them. The base of the town hall also stands out with its lovingly designed stone elements and the discreetly placed remnants of snow. The building looks like a snapshot from a festive Christmas market in the middle of winter.
As soon as the lighting is switched on, the town hall comes to life. The lights shine through the windows and create a cozy atmosphere that is reminiscent of cold winter evenings in which one feels safe and warm.
