This lovingly crafted miner nutcracker comes from the Christian Ulbricht workshop. It combines traditional Ore Mountain artistry with intricate detailing, evoking the region’s long mining heritage while serving as a charming focal point for your Christmas décor.

The miner wears a tall green cap adorned with the classic crossed hammer and pickaxe emblem—a symbol of traditional mining. He is dressed in a dark blue uniform accented by white buttons, a white apron, and black shoes.

The miner’s friendly face is particularly striking; his blue eyes contrast beautifully with his fair complexion, and he sports a large white mustache. A long white beard further enhances the figure’s endearing design, giving the nutcracker a look that is both classic and welcoming.

In his left hand, the miner holds a small bowl containing various small stones or pieces of ore, beautifully illustrating the connection to mining—an activity deeply rooted in the history of the Ore Mountains. This makes the nutcracker an ideal choice for collectors and enthusiasts of traditional miner figures.

Small details also make this figure special; the buttons, belt, and clothing are all carefully crafted. The miner stands securely on a natural-wood base, allowing him to be displayed decoratively on a dresser, shelf, or windowsill.

However, the Christian Ulbricht miner nutcracker is not limited to the Christmas season; it makes a wonderful traditional Ore Mountain decoration all year round. It looks especially lovely when displayed alongside other nutcrackers, miner figures, or other pieces from the Ore Mountains. The result is a decoration that is both atmospheric and traditional.

Christian Ulbricht is synonymous with high-quality wooden art from the Erzgebirge region. Traditional designs are brought to life with great attention to detail, making this nutcracker a wonderful gift. It is a lovely choice for collectors and admirers of authentic Erzgebirge craftsmanship, and it will also delight anyone who loves classic Christmas decorations.

Environmental damage caused by incorrect disposal of batteries

Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that proper disposal can be ensured. You can hand in old batteries at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obliged to take back old batteries, although our obligation to take back is limited to old batteries of the type that we have or have had in our range as new batteries.
