The “Rosehip” table lantern is handcrafted with great attention to detail by the Kuhnert woodturning workshop.
This “Rosehip” table lantern is an artistic decorative piece. Adorned with intricate appliqués made from fine wood veneers, it creates a cozy atmosphere inspired by nature. The soft glow of a tea light shines through the delicate wood carvings, casting a warm ambiance.
The included glass insert holds standard tea lights; for safe use, the tea light should not be taller than the glass itself.
The wire handle is purely decorative; therefore, the lantern is not intended to be carried or hung while in use. It should always be placed on a stable surface. The door opens to allow for easy insertion or replacement of the tea light glass.
The lantern features two different pairs of motifs across its four sides. These designs look particularly beautiful when illuminated by candlelight in the dark.
One pair of motifs depicts two robins perched on a snow-covered branch. Intricately carved fir trees appear below, while red rosehips made of fine wood veneer add splashes of color. The opposing motif also features robins in a winter landscape. A large heart frames the scene, with red rosehips and delicate fir trees completing the wintry image.
Both motifs combine a natural winter mood with fine craftsmanship, making this lantern a truly special piece. It serves as an excellent decoration for the autumn and winter seasons and makes a charming gift for nature lovers.
