This candle arch Original Annaberger, colored is another beautiful arch from Taulin.
Manufactured with loving handwork and an eye for detail.
Candle arches have been decorating the windows at Christmas time for many years and conjure up cozy and contemplative light that invites you to linger.
The magnificent candle arch shows a variety of fascinating details that captivate the viewer. The St. Anne’s Church rises dominantly above the arch, flanked by two other charming churches. Next to the churches stands the city’s historic town hall, a symbol of its rich past.
Annaberg’s mining history also finds its place on this impressive arch. In the lower right corner a miner works in the famous Dorothea tunnel. Bending over, he pushes a cart full of ore towards the tunnel exit. To the left, a lace maker impresses with her artistic craftsmanship. In the left corner, a historic blacksmith’s shop provides an insight into bygone times.
The candle arch is illuminated by eleven electric shaft candles that are visibly mounted on the arch. Additionally, five small shaft candles are cleverly hidden behind the railing in the foreground, giving the arch a warm, inviting atmosphere.
