The smoking man Richter embodies the image of justice and authority. Dressed in a black judge’s robe, he radiates dignity and seriousness. A judge’s hat sits on his head, identifying him as a guardian of the law. In one hand he holds a pair of scales, the symbol of the balance and fairness that he strives for in his judgment. In his other hand he carries a hammer, which symbolizes the power and assertiveness of his judgment.
He has a law book tucked under his arm, which is the source of his authority and wisdom. Despite his stern appearance, he has a friendly face that radiates trust and approachability. His round, bulbous nose gives him character, while his light mustache gives him a respectable and dignified expression.
