From the “Forest Series with Gnomes” comes this lovingly crafted “Mushroom House” incense smoker—featuring Lumi, the tree-decorating gnome—made by the Pilzhäusel workshop.
“The smoking mushroom houses from the Ore Mountains.” Each piece is created using traditional, highly detailed craftsmanship and natural elements—materials one might discover while walking in the forest.
A large, natural-finish mushroom house stands on an oval base; its roof is glazed in a warm brown and shaped like a classic mushroom cap, topped with a black chimney that releases a delightful, steady stream of smoke when an incense cone is burned inside. The mushroom’s stalk is finished in a light, natural wood tone, lending the scene a warm, woodland atmosphere. Small mushrooms and green fir trees of various sizes—including one festively adorned with golden baubles—perfectly complete this evocative forest motif.
The front of the house features a round wooden door and a circular window with muntin bars. A horseshoe above the door and a golden bell on the side add the finishing touches to this charming mushroom house.
Standing in front of the cottage is its industrious resident—Lumi, the tree-decorating gnome—wearing a warm brown hat and a fluffy white beard. He holds a golden star in his hand, with a wooden ladder nearby, ready to decorate the Christmas tree. A small wooden table in front of the door—holding ready-to-use golden baubles—along with pine cones, moss accents, and touches of red blossoms, completes this delightful winter forest scene.
This beautiful incense smoker is a wonderful addition to your home, creating a pleasant atmosphere not just during the Christmas season, but all year round. With this lovingly designed piece, you bring a touch of the forest, nature, and the joyful anticipation of Christmas into your home. It is not only mushroom enthusiasts who delight in these beautiful mushroom houses.
