This orig. Erzgebirge – smokehouse Hansel and Gretel manufactured by the Ullrich company.
For many, incense figures are part of the pre-Christmas period, when the smoke from the incense sticks drifts through the apartment and a cozy atmosphere spreads, Christmas is not far away.
Who doesn’t know the fairy tale of Hansel and Gretel who are abandoned in the forest by their evil stepmother, where the two then come across the evil witch’s gingerbread house.
Exactly this little house was taken as a model for this smokehouse, various gingerbread are hanging over the door, even the window shutters are made of the finest gingerbread. Hansel and Gretel are standing in front of the smokehouse between green trees, both are carrying large gingerbread cookies in their hands. Hansel is so hungry that he has already bitten into his own.
On the floor form of this smoke house there is a candle holder to the left of the children, in which a standard tea light can be placed.
